Problems after installing Photoshop Elements 2018Installed Photoshop 2018 on Mac Book Pro no problems, installed on new i-mac and when I import to organizer and double click on one of the photos all I get is a gray field like when the pic is disconnected but does not let me try to reconnect. Also when I put same photo in editor is shows up fine. I downloaded from a external hard drive and card reader with new photos from a camera. It seems like maybe it missed a link when I installed or is something wrong in settings? Can you uninstall and reinstall this? I have it on a disc.
Re: Problems after installing Photoshop Elements 2018Is the external drive still plugged in while you do this? Can you right click the grayed out image and see if the reconnect menu pops up?

Re: Problems after installing Photoshop Elements 2018Spent a couple of hours chatting with Adobe and they finally found it was a glitch in their program, said their engineers would fix.
